Fanny’s Danish Pastry
Danish Pastries are made with a yeast dough that’s wonderfully buttery rich, multilayered and is a sweet pastry in the viennoiserie tradition. Named Danish because it originates from Denmark, the making of this involves rolling, buttering, folding, and chilling, repeated multiple times. We created a unique identity for a small home based pastry chef who was experimenting with the introduction of Danish into the local community.
